@livinglauren founded @blackgirlssmile to empower Black girls to lead mentally healthy lives by providing safe spaces, support, and resources. @livinglauren shared her personal journey with mental health and led a writing workshop that demonstrated the positive impact of journaling on mental health. ⁠
