Important: Please read these Official Giveaway Rules before entering this shopping spree sweepstakes (the “Giveaway”). By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Giveaway Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Shoe Palace Corporation with an address at 745 Jarvis Drive Morgan Hill, CA 95037 (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Minors may not participate. An individual is not eligible to enter or win if they are a director, officer, or employee of the Sponsor or any of the Sponsor’s owners, parent companies, affiliates, directors, subsidiaries, representatives, advertising, promotion, and production agencies, agents, or if they are a member of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children, and spouse, regardless of where they live) or household (whether related or not) of any of the above persons. To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by the Sponsor in the manner and format designated below. IF

3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway period commences on or about April 4, 2025 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on Sunday, May 4, 2025. Entries must be received before this date and time. The Sponsor’s or its designee’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
Individuals may enter the Giveaway by signing up for the Sponsor’s emails and texts by providing their email address and mobile phone number. Each individual may enter only once. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entrants consent to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor and agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time after the Giveaway period ends without affecting their eligibility.
5. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Giveaway period.
6. Selection and Notification of Winner
A random drawing will determine the winner on or about May 5, 2025. Only the selected winner will be contacted via the contact information provided during signup. The selected winner will be required to provide their full name, full address, and date of birth in order to confirm eligibility. If a selected entrant does not respond within 48 hours or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, they may be disqualified, and an alternate entrant may be selected. The Sponsor’s decisions are final.
7. Prize
The winner of the Giveaway will receive the following prize:

Prize Restrictions: Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. All taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes. The prize will be awarded “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
8. Privacy
By entering into the Giveaway, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and for promotional purposes as stated in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer
The Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for technical malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, or other errors beyond their reasonable control.
10. Disputes and Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved individually through binding. Class action lawsuits are waived.
11. Amendments
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel the Giveaway at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
