Blue Devil

LA

The Los Angeles Lakers would take Brandon Ingram as the second pick in the 2016 NBA Draft. Ingram was compared favorably to Kevin Durant when he was entering the league. Ingram’s skills, height and body were remarkably similar to the future Hall of Famer. For whatever reason, Ingram did not reach his full potential in Los Angeles. In 2019, Ingram would be traded to the New Orleans Pelicans.

New Orleans

Brandon Ingram would quickly blossom as a member of New Orleans. The team gave him the freedom to explore his offensive talent. Ingram would put up the best numbers of his career in New Orleans. New Orleans is considered one of the most promising young teams in the NBA, largely because of Ingram’s stellar play since arriving in 2019.

World Cup 2023

Brandon Ingram might be the number one option for Team USA offensively. His game fits perfectly with the international game Team USA will have to adapt to. He can score anywhere on the court, and his height and length will make him a tough cover for international opponents. A lot of offensive responsibility will be placed on the shoulders of Brandon Ingram for Team USA.
